Hidden Gem in Tulungagung, Jawa Timur

This trip was a version of ibu-ibu komplek who want to healing to the beach. Para Bitj Go To Bitj hahah..

I don't know why I really BM to go to the beach and camping there. Because previously, I've been camping in the highlands, now I want to try camping in the lowlands which is the beach.

Finally, I got a recommendation from my friend to go to Sanggar beach, located in Tulungagung, East Java. Many people said it was hidden paradise! So, lets see!!

At 1.00pm

Due to the trip was for girls, we were a bit worried if we leave at night, so we dicided to depart at 1pm. The trip was approximately 2.45 hours.

Along the way there were lots of dramas HAHAH Drakor mah lewat! In the middle of the way, my friends separated. Finally, we had to stop for a long time and wait for them to gather again. 

The route was very surprising and unpredictable. Suddenly there's a ravine to the right and left! 

We asked passing residents, they said "it was true that the way to the beach". Actually iam a bit hopeless, but when I saw a bit of the beach I'm so excited to continue the trip. Tbh, the road was really scary, not to mention the roads are so brutal..!! Kacau bgt! (Berharap pemerintah bisa perbaiki akses jalan ke sana, pasti banyak banget pengunjung yang datang)

Almost close to the beach, our signal was lost. But luckily it was near the beach, so we don't really need a google map again.

At 5.00pm

Finally we arrived at Sanggar Beach. My phone has no signal at all, even the battery has 30% left because I've used it all for Gmap. There was stall there, which we hope can be used as a place to charge our phone. Sadly, it didn't work at all and the shop keeper said, "they haven't used electricity for a long time!".

What the heck?! How come you can live without electricity in 2023??? :( it's really sophisticated..

Like it or not, we save our phone battery till back home, because we still need to used Gmap when we get home.

Without further ado, we immediately put up the tents. Amazingly, these women were very compact and it turned out that they got the inspiration to immediately put up the tents

At 7.00pm

To be frank, I feel really scared there because there are no other visitors on the beach except us (7 girls and 1 boy) and a couple who runs the food stall, not to mention the sound of the enormous waves made it even more frightening. And at that night we felt like we were the owners of the island :'')

To be honest, camping on the beach turned out to be really hot. I thought it would feel cool with the coastal breeze, but it's actually very stuffy inside the tent.

To spend the night, we played guessing games, had deep talks, watched the waves, sang songs—basically, we tried to release stress and mummets minds hahah

I know right, i can't back to this moment with the same people, so i really enjoying the moment with them 🤍

In the morning, we see the sunrise 🏞

Literally the beach is really beautiful!

After breakfast we go home :)

Just for closing, gue mau ucapin terima kasih banyak untuk teman-teman gue selama di Kediri, Jawa Timur. Terima kasih telah mau berteman dengan gue yang agak random ini, terima kasih sudah mau kontribusi dan menuruti BM terakhir gue untuk camping di pantai, walaupun sebenernya gue agak was was selama diperjalanan. Takut kalian kecewa, takut ga sesuai ekpektasi, takut kejadian apa-apa, tapi kalian bisa kompak, gak ngeluh, dan selalu menciptakan momen bahagia. Glad to meet and know you in person guys! Semoga bisa ketemu dan doing another random trip again yaa. who knows?
